Our NDIS therapists include Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists & Speech Therapists. The team at GRIT use a wide variety of techniques to assist you with improving your function, range of motion, pain and quality of life.
Your chosen therapist will work with the NDIS participant to treat a variety of conditions and age groups. This can include paediatric care, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions and burns victims.
Each therapist is carefully chosen to carefully match with your participants disability, with each team member undergoing constant training and live experience to better improve participant outcomes.

Where are we based?
The GRIT team is located in Glen Iris, Victoria, and is also dedicated to providing care to participants across Melbourne & Victoria such as Glen Iris, Craigieburn, Gladstone Park, Moonee Ponds, Noble Park, Croydon, Werribee, Point Cook and various suburbs.
The team also offers Telehealth for those unable to access our services, or require urgent assistance.

Nitin Madan
Senior Physiotherapist
Nitin has also spent time with the VFL Essendon Bombers. Having had back surgery himself, Nitin understands the rigours of rehabilitating spinal injury and pain and loves treating patients with back and leg pain. Nitin has completed postgraduate education in Sports Medicine ( Uni Melb) and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy ( Latrobe).
Nitin also mentors junior Physiotherapists and loves presenting Professional development seminars. He prides himself on his desire to keep learning and improving in both his own clinical skills as well as the progression of the profession in general.
Divyam Madan
Senior Podiatrist
MPODPRAC; BAPPSC., MEMBER OF THE AUSTRALIAN PODIATRY ASSOCIATION
Divyam is our well renowned Senior Sports Podiatrist and will lead common & complex injuries that involve the foot, ankle, knee and lower body such as plantar-fasciitis and chronic ankle instability in the clinic.
Divyam has experienced a range of his own injuries whilst playing representative Cricket & engaging in a number of sporting teams including Hockey, Soccer, Futsal, Tennis & Aussie Rules. Divyam now consults for a number of members of the community, sporting clubs, professional athletes, corporate CEO’s, elderly participants, individuals with neurological and neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as individuals with everyday aches & pains in their lower body. Divyam also consults via telehealth & virtual call.
Divyam’s journey first began as a Volunteer at The Royal Children’s Hospital, spending time looking after Children in the Surgical Care Ward. Since then Divyam has undergone extensive University Training and has taken additional time to undergo further training from various Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Doctors of Sports Medicine & Surgeons across Australia & across the globe. Divyam has also undertaken additional training that has covered evidence based assessments & treatments including:

Outside of his career, Divyam enjoys playing sports, traveling & spending time learning new hobbies. Divyam is also able to understand a further 2 languages that include Punjabi & Hindi.
Ryan Ly
Senior Physiotherapist
Ryan graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Ryan believes in the essence of client-centred care and the importance of developing likeminded future clinicians.
During his studies, Ryan worked as an allied health assistant at a major Melbourne private hospital and progressed to working full-time there as a new graduate physiotherapist.
Ryan’s experience began in the hospital rehabilitation setting, where he worked alongside a variety of Consultants from both the rehabilitation and surgical domains. He then moved on to work at a major Aged Care provider where he progressed to a Team Leader role, developing a passion for working with the elderly.
Most recently, Ryan was the department manager at a community allied health company further developing his passion for mentoring clinicians.
Ryan speaks conversational level Cantonese and Mandarin, which he has found helps bridge the gap with the Chinese community.
Outside of the work you will find Ryan training in the gym, walking his dog or making music in his home studio.
Shruti Dua
Physiotherapist
She believes in empowering her clients with the skills and programs to help them move out of pain and into a better quality of life. She adopts a biopsychosocial and a collaborative approach to encourage her clients to take charge of their situation.
Shruti graduated as a physiotherapist in India before moving to Australia. Thereafter, she completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia. Since then, Shruti has been gaining experience with a broad range of clientele extending from private practice to sporting populations and working in the community with clients from varied backgrounds and age groups.
Her areas of interest also include working with clients experiencing vertigo, headaches or jaw pains, knee and shoulder disorders.
Shruti can speak 3 languages, English, Hindi & Punjabi. Outside of work, she enjoys painting on canvas, exploring Victoria, watching Sci-Fi movies and listening to Bollywood tunes.

Her strong foundation in the field comes from studying at premier universities in Queensland and New South Wales, coupled with mentorship from some of the best in the industry.
When she’s not helping her clients, Sruthi loves to travel or spend time with her friends. And for those who can’t make it in person? No worries! Sruthi offers Telehealth appointments to ensure everyone gets the care they need.

Alicia Lim

Alicia enjoys the challenges that come with working with people as it allows her the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing games.
Alicia can speak English and Mandarin. Her qualifications are:

Samantha Stewart
Dietician
Sam is an accredited practising dietitian, having developed great knowledge and skills in her study of nutrition science and a masters of dietetics. She has a strong passion for empowering others to live a healthy lifestyle. Believing in a holistic approach to care, Sam considers patient’s dietary needs, as well as their personal barriers, preferences and goals.
Sam’s approach to dietetics involves staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practice, to ensure safe and quality care. She endeavours to maintain an open mindset, to provide creative solutions that suit the diverse needs of patients.
In her spare time, Sam loves to cook and try new foods, go for long runs, and spend time with her friends.
Sam prides herself on her optimistic outlook and kind nature, bringing this positive approach to all aspects of life and work.
